Job Description

DTA Mind is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive awareness and pipeline for our AI workflow platform. You’ll execute across channels — content, email, social, and events — with a bias for speed and experimentation.

Job Responsibilities

Execute multi-channel campaigns — Plan and run campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing.

Create compelling content — Write blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences that convert.

Analyze and optimize — Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.

Support product launches — Help coordinate go-to-market launches for new features and releases.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B marketing experience — Track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.

Strong writer — You can write clearly and compellingly across different formats and audiences.

Data literacy — Comfortable with marketing analytics tools and making decisions based on performance data.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing AI or automation products
  • Familiarity with SEO and content strategy
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
