Job Description

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help us craft exceptional digital experiences for our AI workflow platform. You’ll own the visual language and interaction design that makes DTA Mind feel effortless to use.

Job Responsibilities

Own the design system — Build and maintain a comprehensive component library in Figma.

Lead user research — Conduct interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship designs that work within constraints.

Drive accessibility — Ensure our interfaces meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Qualifications

4+ years of product design experience — A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for SaaS applications.

Expert Figma skills — You live in Figma and have strong opinions about component architecture.

Data-informed — Comfortable analyzing usage data and A/B test results to inform design decisions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for marketing or CRM tools
  • Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate with engineers
